Rosie is cute as a child but does it work for an adult the same way?
Prefer Rose - nn Rosie then she would have options as an adult

Rosie. I know via work an adult Rosie and she is very polished and professional and very likeable, so it shouldn't be an issue in adulthood.

I like the others as well but prefer Rosie.
