(76 Posts)Looking for a name for our newborn baby girl. Her sister's name is Charlotte, and need help to figure out a matching name that goes with Charlotte. Here are the names on my list. I would love to hear your opinions about them, or any suggestion or other ideas that you might have!

Annabelle (love it, sounds beautiful, but somewhat concerned about the recent horror movie series with the same name)
Isabelle (would be my alternative to Annabelle)
Chloe (also begins with a 'C')

I have a Charlotte, her sisters are Leah and Megan.
I love Emma from your list (we almost used it for our Charlotte) and I think Jessica goes well with the name too.
Emily is gorgeous. You could go for Emily Annabelle if you really like Annabelle - have it as a middle name.
I know a Charlotte and Emily and a Lottie and Libby (Charlotte and Olivia)
Emily and Charlotte is perfect together

So I’m like the other way around XD My first daughter’s name is Charlotte, and I’m leaning to Emily for the second! I think this is a great pair!
My dd is called Emily and I’m struggling with a girls option for our second but Charlotte definitely keeps coming to the tip of my tongue
Annabel or Isabelle (or Eliza). Not keen on Vivian, I don't think it goes with Charlotte.
So I think we’ll go with Charlotte and Emily pair, they are classic and sound sweet together. Although I do love Annabelle, it’ll be a name I love but never used, because my wife is not a fan... Thank you everyone!

The Charlottes I know have sisters called:

but the name that immediately came t
my mind is Emily.
Annabelle / Annabella .. Anna is so cute shortened also!
I'm a Charlotte, and my sisters are called Victoria (NN Tia) and Megan if that helps.
Of your list, I love Emma and Annabelle. I've not heard of the movie series you mentioned, though if it does bother you, Isabelle is lovely too.

Evelyn - dislike. Eve is nice but Evelyn and Eva aren't.

I think my favourites are Emily and Vivian.
I'd also suggest Penelope, Eleanor, Elizabeth or Sophie.
