Due in a few weeks and DH and I are still unsure which name to choose if our baby is a girl (we haven't found out gender but boys name is sorted!)

Do you prefer..

Caitlyn Jessica
OR
Jessica Caitlyn

Also any preference on spelling - Caitlyn or Caitlin?! Thanks!

Caitlin Jessica.

Jessica Caitlin has an awkward “ca-ca” sound when you say them together.

I prefer the name Caitlin but think Jessica Caitlin flows better.
Both are lovely though!

All 5 Jessica's at my dd's school are known by Jessica Surname.

Jessica Caitlin as I think it flows better. However they are both lovely names so I don't think you can go wrong either way

I’m not keen on either name but I much prefer Caitlin. Jessica is oh so bland.

Caitlin Jessica for me.

Jessica Caitlin is my favourite!
But I do love just Caitlin as a name on its own :)

Jessica Caitlin.

I am not a fan of either name (both seem very 80s and 90s to me, and I knew countless growing up) but definitely prefer Jessica over Caitlin so that's my rationale.

Jessica Caitlin.
Jessica is a name which kind of died out in the 90's, but is so beautiful and needs to come back.
Caitlin is just dated....not as nice. Also Kate isn't the best nickname.

Joeybee Jessica has been in the ONS top 10 baby girl names for ages. The name def hasn’t died out or is due a comeback - Jessica’s are everywhere! That alone really puts me off the name.

Sorry, but I think they're both dull and dated. Do you have any others on your shortlist?

Jessica Caitlin. And in contrast to April I don’t know any little Jessica’s.

It’s a lovely name.

Caitlin will probably need to constantly spell her name. It also seems a bit dated. And there's the Jenner association...

Jessica is a little boring but nice.

Catherine Jessica would be lovely imo. Or maybe Carina Jennifer? (Sorry you weren't asking for suggestions)

Jessica Caitlin is nice imo.
