Claire & Emma was probably the most popular with quite a lot of Sarah and Karen’s too. I don’t really remember any boys names being particularly more common than others - David, Philip, John, Christopher, Gavin & Neil are ones I can remember from my school year.

I'm mid-30s and started senior school in the mid-90s.

We had millions and millions of Hannahs - I think there were about thirteen of them in our year alone.

Loads of Davids and Neils.

My kids go to school with loads of Lewis’s and loads of Hannahs. There are no Susans, Alisons, Davids or Neils. Grin

6 Christines in my (girls Catholic ) school year and Mary was the most common middle name. Away from that influence, Susan and Peter definitely win (1950's)

I'm mid-40s and in my class there were multiples of:
Emma, Sarah, Claire, Vicky, Joanne, Tracy, Nicola,
David, Andrew, Rob(ert), Daniel, James/Jamie, Nick

All the girls had Marie, Louise, Anne or Jane as middle names (except me - I was the oddball!)
