At the risk of sounding like a snob, a bit chavvy?

namechangefriday Fri 09-Feb-18 11:47:52

Reminds me of just awful things now sadly

123MothergotafleA Fri 09-Feb-18 11:49:38

Yea, Bellfield here too. Not good.

metalmum15 Fri 09-Feb-18 11:51:00

It makes me think of my dc favourite anime character. Or a pair of jeans.

Meemzinha Fri 09-Feb-18 12:05:31

Love it! Always have, always will smile

Sparklesdontshine Fri 09-Feb-18 12:08:08

Very chavy

anonteacher1 Fri 09-Feb-18 12:08:44

Ridiculously chavvy.

BigSandyBalls2015 Fri 09-Feb-18 12:12:00

Yep Levi bellfield springs to mind immediately.

Loulou0 Fri 09-Feb-18 12:18:41

It sounds like a name for a bull terrier.

GlubGlubGlub Fri 09-Feb-18 12:22:14

Awful. It’s the name of a violent serial killer and rapist.

ChocolateCrunch Fri 09-Feb-18 14:36:46

Don't like it at all, never have.

Countingsheeeep Fri 09-Feb-18 14:39:51

You lost me after "Cosmopolitan upper middle class artistic family" 🤣

Oooooook then

floriad Fri 09-Feb-18 14:43:51

I like it.
But Idk whether it's the right name for "cosmopolitan upper middle class artistic family" ;)

Judashascomeintosomemoney Fri 09-Feb-18 14:44:25

Well OP, I thought Levi Stubbs first and then I thought, ‘didn’t Paul Young call his daughter Levi (actually after Levi Stubbs I think). So not everyone is thinks the same. Purely as a name, with no connotations, I like it.

GummyGoddess Fri 09-Feb-18 14:58:28

The person who got Bristol Palin pregnant, so teenage pregnancy as well as serial killer and jeans, sorry.

SinisterBumFacedCat Fri 09-Feb-18 15:01:04

Jeans
Murderer
Inside Number 9

BevBrook Fri 09-Feb-18 15:02:50

I have never heard of Levi Bellfield - I think of Levi Stubbs, Levi Roots and "Reuben was the eldest of the children of Israel, with Simeon and Levi the next in line." And the jeans.

I don't know if any of that helps or not grin

ForgivenessIsDivine Fri 09-Feb-18 15:03:31

Levi was a tax collector...

TheFirstMrsDV Fri 09-Feb-18 15:07:28

Its a great name.
Strong with character.

MNers get very spiteful about names they don't like. They seem incapable of saying 'don't like it' and have to force everyone else to hate it too.

Which is weird.

If you like the name use it. Don't be a sheep

LastOneDancing Fri 09-Feb-18 15:09:21

Levi always reminds me of East 17's dog.
But I'm very old.

I'm a middle class person who is very adept with play-doh and felt tips if that lends any weight to my opinion?

GummyGoddess Fri 09-Feb-18 15:36:23

If we all just said 'No, don't like it' then op would ask why @TheFirstMrsDV I'm not trying to be spiteful.

MaidenMotherCrone Fri 09-Feb-18 15:44:52

I’ve known 2.
1 was the kindest, sweetest Santa look-a-like. A really lovely gentleman.
2 is 6ft, 21, hair down to his waist, built like a Viking god. Has older women throwing themselves at him (embarrassing). He is a lovely young man. I just happen to be his mother.

Those are who I think of.
