Struggling to decide!

Shortlist below... numbers represent DH’s score out of ten. Haven’t done that for me because I keep changing my mind!

Any suggestions for combinations/other names to use as middle names?

Due next week and really want to feel sure about a name and love it!!

Using your scores I think Leila Juliet could be a good combo?

My personal favourites in the list are Juliet and Orla. And I also love the suggestion of Aurora. It may be a bit too cheesy (as in Romeo and Juluet) but Aurora and Juliet would be lovely together.

I love those names!!! One of my mum friends is called Felicity which we shorten to Flicky (we gave her it in secondary school) if that changes anything. I like the double vowel names such as IVY ORLA. I like the idea of a double name but sometimes they get shortened in primary school. Hope this helps I recently had a daughter and can remember the struggle of finding the perfect name.

It doesn’t help that I am a teacher so particularly fussy when it comes to names!

I’m drawn to Felicity as I love the meaning (happiness), it’s not too common and I’ve only ever taught one and I loved her! She shortened it to Fliss though, which I do prefer to Flick...

It’s so hard to choose!!

Forgot to say, this is our third girl (going to out myself now) and other two are Poppy Victoria and Grace Jessica if that makes any difference!

Middle names could be something like Jane, Faith, Hope, Lily, Iris, Serena? I'm thinking of Orla Jane, Felicity Iris, Ivy Serena for example.

Do you think Leila would have problems with people saying Leela? Would she forever be having to spell out her name?

I like Felicity and Juliet the most. Then Leila and Orla. I don't like Ivy at all. I'd assume people would pronounce Leila as Layla.

Also like Felicity though.
I'm not sure how to say Leila to be honest, like Layla? I'm not so keen on it, doesn't seem as timeless or classy as the others imo.

I would assume Leila is pronounced 'Lye la' because a friend of mine pronounced that way. But I know it can be said in different ways - so maybe avoid the name if you don't want to be correcting people

It would be pronounced Layla but I’m not keen on that spelling... I think the correcting annoyance is putting me off it as a first name.

Juliet is the nicest name from your list, by a long way. Imagine introducing yourself as an adult using all those names, which do you prefer? Obvious isn't it?

Leila is not nice, kind of stripper-ish, kind of cheap, not very classy.

Ivy probably works best with Poppy and Grace but the baby deserves the nicest name.

Felicity is my least favourite. I don’t like it st all.

Leila will get Leela, unfortunately. I’d use Layla.

I like Juliet best too. Works well with your other names. I like Felicity too, but I don't think it has very nice diminutives. Not so keen on Orla or Ivy and Leila is likely to have pronunciation issues.
