I'd switch Romy Olivia to Olivia Romy and use that. You can always call the baby by her middle name or shorten Olivia to Livvie or Liv for everyday use.

I like your first names for a baby, but one day she will be a grown woman and may thank you for a more traditional name. I have a name I hate with a stupid spelling and I am convinced it's held me back professionally at times.
