Changing baby's surname...

Hi does anyone know whether you can change a baby's surname once you have registered the birth for example changing from fathers surname to a double barrelled surname with both parents surnames? I know there is probably a charge but just wondered if it is possible??

Totally possible with both parents signatures, and free until 12 months, after that around £100 to do through a solicitor :)
