I think the Y spelling of names apart from Yasmin, Yehudit, Yoko, Yesenia, Yvette and Yvonne and maybe a few more is a bit of an affectation.

are tryng to make Yvonne yooneek
or
are trying to avoid any link with Ivana Trump, mother and daughter. (Ivana or Ivanna are the feminine forms of Ivan used in Slavic speaking countries. The diminutives are Iva or Ivanka - hence the nickname of Ivana Trump Junior.)

Evanna is more usual isn't it (Evanna Lynch plays Luna in Harry Potter!) and looks nicer than Yvanna.
