Cv straight in the bin.

Sounds like a born again Christian preachers daughters name.

Cv straight in the bin.

Because of a name that the person had no choice in? Really?

Love it.

Never come across it at church yet Grin, but it's beautiful, dignified, traditional and unusual.

Love it. Went to school with one who was very clever and thoughtful.

It makes me think of Honor Blackman of The Avengers (and Pussy Galore in Goldfinger). I don't dislike it but don't love it either.

Really nice.

I'm getting elegant, vintage "virtue name" vibes (Grace, Clemency, Verity, Faith, Patience) from it, not a born-again feeling at all.

CV straight in the bin for lack of correct punctuation.

Apostrophes are important.

Thanks for all the constructive responses. It being a virtue name, it can be viewed as a bit stuffy to some, but I love the name not because it's a virtue so much but because it's really such a simple, timeless name that can suit so many personalities! What do you think of the middle name choice and do you have any suggestions?

Beautiful name. Honor Blackman comes to mind, too.

Wow, tellmyfriends, way to come across really badly!

Honor is beautiful, elegant. Goes well with Madeleine.

Honour Blackman is gorgeous!
Hard to shorten it.
It's a litre American sounding.
Goes with Madeliene.
I think I might swap them round though.. Madeline Honour?

(A little - not litre!)

I would prefer Madeline Honour. I don't hate Honour I just don't think it sounds like a first name.

It's gorgeous. Classic and elegant. Not a massive fan of Madeleine personally but it does 'scan' well.

I love it. There's a dork in DDS class called Honor & everytime I hear it I think it's such a cool name. Especially when I hear it paired with her siblings unusual names.

Lol @ dork.... sorry about that!
