I like Esme

Ditsy1980 · 27/07/2017 20:47

Autumn

32andcounting · 27/07/2017 20:56

I like them all, Autumn and Daisy cute.

Do they all roll well with your surname, Autumn and Esme might not roll of the tongue as easy with some surnames? x

Sophronia · 27/07/2017 20:57

I like Autumn

shaggedthruahedgebackwards · 27/07/2017 21:01

They are all nice names but if popularity bothers you, there are an awful lot of Daisys about born in the past 13 years or so

I only know 1 Esme (age about 12) and no Autumns

user1490298596 · 27/07/2017 21:07

Thanks everyone, they all work well with surname for Esme and Autumn we would use Rose as middle name not sure on what middle name for Daisy

Love Autumn!

Liadain · 27/07/2017 21:33

They all seem quite different.

Esme - would you pronounce it Esmay or Esmee? I do like the Esmay pronunciation, not as keen on the other.

I also like Autumn. Bit meh on Daisy.

Don't know if you are open to suggestions, but a middle name for Daisy could be Pearl? Or a longer name might sound nice. Elizabeth, Caroline etc.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 27/07/2017 21:34

Like them all. Love Daisy.

RickOShay · 27/07/2017 21:34

Autumn. Really lovely.

AccrualIntentions · 27/07/2017 21:36

Esme is getting v popular where I live, particularly with children of younger mothers (maybe a Twilight thing?) so that puts me off, but it's a lovely name in its own right.

I really like Autumn.

Ponyboycurtis · 27/07/2017 21:41

I like them all, I once knew an Autumn, her older sister was called Tawney/Tawny.

user1490298596 · 27/07/2017 21:42

Yes I would pronounce it as Esmay struggling to find the perfect girls name that I can be set on

I love Daisy.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 27/07/2017 21:56

I love Daisy too.

Ojoj1974 · 27/07/2017 21:58

Esme

iamdazedandconfused · 27/07/2017 22:06

Esme Rose is lovely.

Autumn Rose sounds a bit like a scent of a cleaning product to me. Not keen on Daisy.

pilates · 27/07/2017 22:08

Esme

Moodycoo · 27/07/2017 22:24

I love Autumn - I have one and everyone compliments her name 👍🏼

RiverTam · 27/07/2017 22:30

I don't like the French pronunciation of Esme so I'd go for Autumn, which is lovely.

NoncommittalToSparkleMotion · 27/07/2017 22:31

Esme Rose is lovely.

early30smum · 27/07/2017 23:07

I like them all. Favourite would be Esme.

I'm going to be drummed out of MN but I really don't get the attraction of Esme. Sounds fusty to me. Autumn and Daisy are pretty

Carouselfish · 28/07/2017 00:17

I don't know that Daisy works for an adult woman. Autumn feels quite American (ironic, as they have 'Fall') but I do like it. Esme...kind of sounds like a sneeze. Short for Esmerelda but that's been forgotten nowadays...It's okay.

CakeRattleandRoll · 28/07/2017 06:28

Really like Esme.
