Our list at the moment. Which one do you prefer? We've liked these for a while but can't decide.

Stanley/ Stan
Roscoe/ Ross
Eden
Logan
Troy
Callum
Mickey

Thanks x

Logan or Callum

I also really like Logan...but would slightly imagine your DS with long metal claws unfortunately if he had that name!

Troy. Just for the laughs!

Stanley is quite nice IMO.

The only one I like is Stanley. Callum is OK.

Logan, Eden & Troy are awful the worst imo and not to my taste at all.

Michael rather than Mickey, you can always call himMickey but he will have the option as an adult to be Michael .

I really like Stanley.

I'm not really keen on any of the others. Least favourite would probably be Mickey.

I'm quite liking Stanley

Thank you everyone! Troy is one of OH favourite so that's why it's been added onto the list. I don't like it.

It just seems to be difficult to pick the perfect name at the minute and there's not long left to go.

If he is not here yet and you have a few on the list wait until he is born. It all may become clear

Thank you, Stanley is Defo one of my favourites on the list. I don't know any others, and it's still a nice, 'normal' name.

I'm sure it will be easier and il be able to know what he should be called once I've seen his little face! Stanley and Logan are definitely front runners at the minute.

I love Stanley.

I used to work with a (male) Eden. There were lots and lots of people who said "like the Garden of Eden?" or "like the river?" the first time they met him, which clearly irritated him.

I think Troy is a lot to live up to!

Callum

I know a little Troy who is truly adorable and pulls off his name with panache

I've never met a Stan/Stanley I didn't like. My friend has a 18 yo Stanley ds and he's really great.

Love Stan/Stanley so so much.

DH didn't but that's the only reason DS2 isn't Stanley.

I really really do like Eden, but it's very girly isn't it? And now can't get the garden of Eden out of my head either haha. Don't want people thinking I'm stupid for choosing the name.

Glad there are a lot of nice comments about the name Stanley.

Isn't Eden (eh-den) a jewish girl's name?

Also another question while I'm here.. middle names? Is there any on the list that go together? Or shall we pick something else (name after someone in the family/something with meaning)

Last name will begin with T If that makes any difference.

Stanley is lovely.

I thought from the title you were proposing to call your DS Boy Grin I was coming on to say Boy works better as a middle name. DS was called Little Boy for nearly 6 weeks.
