What are your honest opinions on Leo? Is it nicer than Isaac?

It was my number one choice but OH wasn't as into it as I was sad

I love Isaac too though. That was probably my number 3 or 4 choice.

Sophronia Sun 16-Apr-17 23:33:16

Lovely. I prefer it to Isaac.

Seems to be very in at the mo, I know of three little boys recently born called Leo.

I always think of Leo Sayer when I hear the name Leo.

I also know of one who is a complete nightmare. He alone puts me off the name.

I love Leo, but I prefer Isaac.

Lovely but very popular where I am. I have met lots of baby Leos at baby groups recently, depends if you mind that I suppose. Love Isaac also.

Love the name Leo, I know two under 4. Both lovely, cheeky boys!

Also like Isaac. Less popular here I think.

Both good choices :-)

I have a Leo (he's 14 months) and people always comment on his name (in a positive way!) We are expats and his name works well because it's easy to spell and pronounce.

Whyarealltheusernamestaken Mon 17-Apr-17 05:37:56

Nothing against any Leo's but I personally prefer Isaac smile

Rockaby Mon 17-Apr-17 07:18:04

I like both, but prefer Isaac slightly. I also like Leon.

Isaac is lovely, I think Leo is awful, sorry

LobsterQuadrille Mon 17-Apr-17 07:38:45

Leo is my father's middle name but these days it reminds me of Tony Blair's youngest. I still like it bit prefer Isaac.

LobsterQuadrille Mon 17-Apr-17 07:39:30

*but!

Sugarpiehoneyeye Mon 17-Apr-17 11:02:51

Yes, Leo is nicer.

ColourfulOrangex Mon 17-Apr-17 15:20:30

Leo is much nicer than Isaac in my opinion

FixItUpChappie Mon 17-Apr-17 15:26:50

It's too popular IMO - Leo's are sprouting up everywhere.

MadameDePomPom Mon 17-Apr-17 15:55:47

It's lovely. I'm not very keen on Isaac, not a huge fan of obviously biblical names.

I really like Leo, DH won't allow it on our shortlist though sad Could always have Leon or Leonard on BC and Leo as nn
