My cousin has this name. It's a good strong name and culturally fitting for us. Do you like the name? And if you do, then pick it.
The Zion I know is extremely clever and won't let anyone stand in his way. He's 8 and is already formidable. I like to think we're like our names.

Still see nothing wrong with it if you are not black. Do you like the name? But yes I'd be surprised with a little blond boy who was called Zion. Then I'd get used to it.

I love it and know a few lovely Zion's, I really wanted it for DC1's name after the Damian Marley and Lauren Hill song.
Chose against it because it is quite political.

Guinnesspunch yes name debates on this site remind me I am an "other" in this country. But I'm trying to bring positivity and hope to enlighten. Whether I succeed I don't know. 😂
