GuinessPunch Wed 15-Mar-17 21:10:18

I wouldn't.

Foncy87 Wed 15-Mar-17 21:35:41

I don't think so...sorry!

NuffSaidSam Wed 15-Mar-17 21:40:02

No, although they're both nice individually

smilingsarahb Wed 15-Mar-17 21:44:59

Yeah, why not. They'll spend most of there life not referred to as a pair.

stickygotstuck Wed 15-Mar-17 21:46:19

Yes, without a second thought!

Imaginingdragonsagain Wed 15-Mar-17 21:47:00

Don't see why not.

RuthB4 Wed 15-Mar-17 22:22:20

I dont see why you can't!

RuthB4 Wed 15-Mar-17 22:23:39

It's no different to siblings who have 'themed' names, such as floral, nature or musical names! Go for it!

IvyLeagueUnderTheSea Wed 15-Mar-17 22:24:09

Only if you promise to go on and have a boy called Winter or Tuesday.

NellWilsonsWhiteHair Wed 15-Mar-17 22:29:30

I think it's fine.

DramaAlpaca Wed 15-Mar-17 22:31:21

They are a bit 'themey', but if you like them together then why not?

DPotter Wed 15-Mar-17 22:34:35

They could both have the middle name 'budget ' !
I have a problem with names of months and seasons being used as names for people, after meeting a young child with the name of a season, whose birthday was not in that particular season.
All I can say is - please don't

Ellieboolou27 Wed 15-Mar-17 22:38:20

You can but I wouldn't

rosy71 Wed 15-Mar-17 22:38:49

Yes, but only if they were born in Autumn and April.

MsJolly Wed 15-Mar-17 22:41:36

No sorry

Abetes Wed 15-Mar-17 22:43:04

regularbutpanickingabit Wed 15-Mar-17 22:47:20

No. Not least because they have the same initials and that is beyond irritating.

1horatio Wed 15-Mar-17 23:07:52

Are they born in Autumn and April?

Yes, sure smile

What about Avril or Flora?

Sugarpiehoneyeye Wed 15-Mar-17 23:15:13

Of course you can.

I lose count of the number of threads I've commented on where people say you can only give month/season names if the child will be born then but it's just silly. I was born in June. My name is January. I was called January as my parents, for various reasons, saw me as a new beginning. I genuinely cannot recall ever being asked if I was born in January when I give my name.

They are great names OP. I have heard plenty worse!

GinSwigmore Wed 15-Mar-17 23:39:48

I think Autumn and Avril sound better.
I love Autumn but would never have used it on my Spring, Summer and Winter babies (sorry ^January) wink

Yes, why not. Both lovely names.
