We've had Mathilda written on most of our congratulations cards. I was starting to think Matilda was spelt wrong.

No, i don't think I had. I googled it when the cards started arriving and thought it was a polite way to tell us our spelling was wrong Smile

Matilda. Mathilda looks like it should be pronounced Math-ilda

Even though I know Mathilda is pronounced the same, I always pronounce it math-ilda in my head.
