Sunny-sounding middle names?

DD2's first name is Fiadh ("Fee-ah") and, as with DD1, we decided to wait and get to know her before choosing a second name.

Well, she was born in the summer, has golden hair and rosy cheeks, is a laughing, smiley, chatty little ray of sunshine, and spends a lot of her time being deafeningly cheerfully noisy for fear her 2 year old sister would steal too much of our attention. Hence the theme we're going with for her middle name.

We speak Irish at home and love Gaelic names in general. We chose a Welsh one for DD1 as its meaning fit so well.

Any suggestions welcome!

Luíseach/Laoise meaning 'radiant girl', apparently, Aoibhinn apparently means 'beautiful radiance', or Fionnuala meaning 'fair' are all nice names. Aoibhinn goes best with Fiadh I think

Oh these are all so beautiful!

Will have to take some time and look through them all.

Garden- interestingly my best friend is called Aoibhinn so that might be an even more meaningful option!

And Fourkids I actually call her my bonny little bouncer quite a bitSmile

Heulwen is lovely too. Lots to consider now! Thanks all.

I love Sóley. It's an Icelandic name which means "buttercup", but literally translates as "sun island". Pronounced SO-lay.

Fiadh is lovely btw. She sounds like a sweetie! Smile

Alba means sunrise in Spanish and Italian (I think) and the combo of Fiadh Alba makes me think of the name Fioralba which means something like flower of the morning.
