Hi ,,, has anyone else used Star as a middle name or is it just a bit too "out there" 😬😬

strawberrypenguin Sun 29-Jan-17 18:55:34

Absolutely fine as a middle name.

ThroughThickAndThin01 Sun 29-Jan-17 18:56:25

Too out there

EssentialHummus Sun 29-Jan-17 18:56:29

I don't think there are any rules for middle names wink

Love it! Though we have used Bowie as a middle name so bit biased to more unusual names!

BeingATwatItsABingThing Sun 29-Jan-17 18:59:48

I think Star is the least out there of the "out there" names. Not for me though.

My brother was born early 80s and his name is David Bowie 😬😬 my god he hated it in his teen years πŸ˜‚

I love Star for a middle name.

Kazzawazza69 Sun 29-Jan-17 19:32:32

Middle names are the perfect "place" to use the names that you love but daren't use as a first name smile

It's not 'out there', but it's not great either - could Stella work?

Pipilangstrumpf Mon 30-Jan-17 11:35:09

It's a good name: easy to spell and say, nice meaning and not overused. Could even be a first name.

I taught a Starr once. Lovely girl star

What about Stella as already mentioned, or Seren (Welsh for star)?
