100% Harry - timeless, ageless, bold but also gentle, and suits many different personalities. Also what better association for little boy than to share his name with Harry Potter - brave, strong, loving etc etc.

Kieran...I just am not a fan of Irish names, or K names. I can only imagine Kieran on a dark haired/blue eyed baby too, whereas I can imagine Harry on lots of different looking kids.
