Boys names like Timothy?!

We're ttc number 2, yaaaay :)

Already thinking of names to go with Faye, but can't think of many I like!

I think I'm drawn to names that are a bit sweet and not to masculine which IMHO are names like Timothy, Alfie and Theodore. Unfortunately DP doesn't like Timothy or Theodore, and I don't like Alfie much. Does anyone have any suggestions? Halo

I think I have hit the spot for both of us with Felix (plus love Felix & Faye), but I would love some backups or middle name suggestions if anyone has any? Thanks so much _

Really don't like Felix at all.

Ooh I do quite like Nicholas, also like Niko but don't think DP would go for it. And how interesting to use Aubrey as a boys name, I really like that thank you :) My brother is called Benjamin so Benedict is a little close :D

Aubrey has always been a boys name - it's a variant of Auberon/Oberon and the only ones I know in RL are men.

Oooh Tobias/Toby is really lovely! I wonder if OH would go for it as it's the name of the lead singer from one of our favourite bands haha. Ah that's a shame I did wonder if my family would see it as a bit 'out there' but then again if we both love it I don't think it will put us off. It's also one of the few names I think goes with DP's rather unusual sirname, the other main one being Caleb.

Any opinions on Caleb? Xmas Grin

Nicky is sweet for a little boy, Nick for a teenager/man.

I did wonder about Caleb and dropped Noah because I thought it was too in fashion. Oh nooo I really don't like Robert for some reason! Its so interesting to see how widely peoples' perceptions of names vary :)

Edward and it could become Eddie or Teddy.

Yika yeah I think we're going to keep Caleb near the top of the list! I don't know any children named Caleb around here. I do like Christopher, but I hate how it sounds with DP'S late name.

I do like Alistair but I know so many I'd feel kind of weird using it (my manager is called Alastair).

I might have to do another post for girls names, you've all been so helpful and I have 2 girls names I love that I can't use as close(ish) friends have used them Halo
