Liking it a lot for a girl, what's your thoughts

Chinlo Fri 11-Nov-16 21:43:19

It's alright I suppose. You know it looks like Beverly with a letter missing though, right?

KlingybunFistelvase Fri 11-Nov-16 21:44:41

I like it! Hadn't heard of it before but it's nice. She might get mistaken for Beverly though I guess.

LucyInTheSkyWithDonuts Fri 11-Nov-16 21:46:01

I rather like it

EssentialHummus Fri 11-Nov-16 21:47:07

I like it.

rainbow99 Fri 11-Nov-16 21:49:23

I like it too smile

PoldarksBreeches Fri 11-Nov-16 21:50:38

The B dropped off
Everly might be better, I don't love it though

I'm not too keen on surnames as first names. It also reminds me of the Everly Brothers.

SixFeetUnder Fri 11-Nov-16 23:05:48

I love it, its unusual but not too much

TaggieRR Fri 11-Nov-16 23:06:43

Am not keen to be honest, it sounds too made up

ageingrunner Fri 11-Nov-16 23:08:37

I also thought of the brothers
And it sounds like 'heavily' with the H dropped

user1470686892 Fri 11-Nov-16 23:53:38

Hmm, can't decide which I prefer, Everley or Everly.

Pluto30 Fri 11-Nov-16 23:54:45

I prefer the spelling Everly.

It does remind me of the Everly Brothers and of Beverly with the B dropped.

But I don't mind it.

I know an Everleigh. I prefer that spelling.

freethebiscuit Sat 12-Nov-16 08:41:25

I have a dd with Everly as a middle name (just fit better)- I love it! Nobody has ever said anything but nice things about it (to my face at least!)

Fridgedooropen Sat 12-Nov-16 08:45:39

I can imagine lots of conversations that will go: 'Emily?' 'No, Everley'. 'Oh, Beverly. 'No...'

Sugarpiehoneyeye Sat 12-Nov-16 14:13:54

OP, I think Everly looks much nicer, and also not like Beverley.

DerelictMyBalls Sat 12-Nov-16 20:10:03

It's nice. I've never met an Everley. I prefer it without the third 'e'.

Madbengalmum Sun 13-Nov-16 14:57:13

Not keen sorry

HerRoyalNotness Sun 13-Nov-16 15:28:48

I prefer Ever. I only know one, a little Canadian girl
