I can't call it, both are lovely. What surname?

I'd rather not give my surname but I think the names work equally well.

Eloise!

Much prettier, very unusual and elegant, beautiful sounding - overall a lovely name.

Eloise. Pretty and feminine.

Dont like the sound of the word Mime that appears in Jemima and also the puddleduck thing.

Either is lovely! I'd look at middle and last names, and initials, and decide which worked best.

Or wait until you meet your DD and see which one she looked like most

Both lovely, at a push, Jemima.

Eloise. It's miles better.

We called the Jemima I went to school with "Jim". She also got "Mimes" from some people. Both pretty awful.

Eww, I'm not surprised you don't like it Kate 😜
The Jemima I know is called Jem.
