Just that Smile thoughts on Sophiella? I really love it, but I think it's made up? Oh well, it's still gorgeous!

Dreadful.

How about Sophie Ella instead? You can call her Sophiella at home.

Awful, sorry OP.

Sophie - yes. Ella - yes. Sophiella? Hmm No.

If your surname is bextor then no

I think people will assume on hearing it that it's Sophie-Ella, rather than Sophiella. It's not a name that particularly appeals to me, as it sounds a bit clunky and, yes, made up.

No, sorry, it's awful.

I would assume it was Sophie Ella if I heard it, which is a much nicer option

Agree with all of the above.

Sophie Ella or Sophie-Ella much nicer and less likely to impact her future job prospects

Errm is it Sophie Ella pronounced as one word?
I read it as Ophelia with an S at the start.
Either way a bit odd but could be worse.

YY to Sophie-Ella.

Looks awful and like you're trying too hard. Or can't spell.

Sophelia
Ophelia
Henriella
Henrietta
Juliella
Juliette

Some work and some just don't. It depends which are considered accepted and which are made up.

Just sounds awful

Sorry, I don't like it either OP. It does sound a little bit like salmonella to me but aside from that it just isn't a very nice sound.

Sophie with middle name Ella is a lot nicer Smile.

Or how about Gabriella or Isabella?

Pronounced like Sophie-Ella, or So-fee-la? If the former, you're better off hyphenating or, better still, using Ella as a middle name. The latter just sounds made up.
