Today I read about an American man from the early 20th century called Ivy.

Any other examples? Just for fun.

I think with in the next 50 years or not even that. All names will be neutral gender.
No one will turn a hair at a boy named Rose

Mary was not uncommon as the obligatory middle saint's name for Irish Catholic boys. I was chatting to a man today whose full name is Noel Mary Timothy Collins. He's in his late forties.
