Congratulations OP.
I agree that Quinn goes really well with your other children's names.

Tobin was on my list - love it! Had a DD though.

I associate Quinn with being a girls name (even though it probably is unisex)

Jacob is a bit bland IMO, sorry, especially in comparison to your other DC's names.

On that basis, it's definitely Tobin for me.

Jacob and Quinn are nice. But - sorry for the negative image - Tobin instantly brought to mind the convicted serial murderer with that surname.

DoloresVanCartier Wed 17-Aug-16 09:06:06

I like Quinn, Tobin for me makes me think of Peter Tobin (sorry)

PizzzaTheHutt Wed 17-Aug-16 09:06:21

I love Tobin, Toby and Tobias.

quitecrunchy Wed 17-Aug-16 09:07:04

Don't like Tobin for the same reason as PP. Jacob's nice though.

quitecrunchy Wed 17-Aug-16 09:08:29

Congratulations on your new arrival btw flowers

RiverTam Wed 17-Aug-16 09:13:00

Another one who thinks of Quinn as a girls' name. Jacob is nice.

Bagina Wed 17-Aug-16 09:13:35

We met a boy Quinn recently. I just kept thinking "quim", but that's probably just me.

Dakota1 Wed 17-Aug-16 09:31:19

I'd pick Tobin, as I think of Quinn as a girl's name.

ayeokthen Wed 17-Aug-16 09:37:44

Tobin makes me think of Peter Tobin, Quinn is lovely tho. I love Saffi, what a lovely name.

wobblywonderwoman Wed 17-Aug-16 09:37:54

I would feel that Quinn was a surname. Unless Finn ?

Mottled Wed 17-Aug-16 10:52:02

Jacob, not keen on the others.

Mumtothreelittlebeauties Wed 17-Aug-16 12:16:20

Thank you everyone. I didn't know who Peter Tobin was so Google him and he's dead! It doesn't put me off name.
I did wonder if quinn to girly so interesting a few thought the same.
And Jacob my hubby likes but I'm really not keen on him being called jake for short!

Mumtothreelittlebeauties Wed 17-Aug-16 12:18:27

Thanks @ayeokthen we got a lot of stick for calling our daughter Saffi but I love it and it suits her! She's confident and bonkers lol

Pastaagain78 Wed 17-Aug-16 12:27:19

Quinn! I think that's a lovely name and goes well with his siblings.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen Wed 17-Aug-16 12:30:20

Oh no, not Quinn, that's far too similar to quim!shock

Jacob is nice.

WaffleOverload Wed 17-Aug-16 13:38:40

Peter Tobin is alive and currently serving three life sentences. A very evil man and the name Tobin immediately brings him to mind for me and many others I should think

Quinn is nice

SteviebunsBottrittrundle Wed 17-Aug-16 13:58:10

I love Quinn! Makes me think of the Bob Dylan song smile.

DerelictMyBalls Wed 17-Aug-16 14:06:49

Tobin is lovely. Jacob is a bit overused. Quinn is too much like Quim.

augustusdecimus Wed 17-Aug-16 15:32:47

Tobin is cool. Never heard of Peter Tobin. Wouldn't be bothered about it if I were you.

And Quinn sounds like a boy's name to me.

Mumtothreelittlebeauties Wed 17-Aug-16 19:45:46

But so is Oscar petoriois and I have an Oscar. I didn't know what quim was till I Google it!shock
