If I like....

Elliot and Alice, what else might I like?

I think I have settled on Elliot Benjamin for a boy and Alice Dorothy for a girl, however I keep swaying, especially around Alice and DH isn't 100% either.

Can anyone suggest anything else I might like?

I loved Theo but a friend used it and I also like Isla but it is very popular.

I like Amelia but it is already used in our family.

Most of the others have already been dismissed by DH. He has been a nightmare and says no to most suggestions but doesn't have any of his own!

I like traditional names but not too overly used. Something simple and strong but not particular unusual. Which I know is a huge contradiction!

My first thought Eloise - fairly traditional, but not overly popular (round here, at least)

We loved Elliot but I'd rhymed with eldest child's name so sounded silly we used Maximilian instead.

Girls we liked Alice so that is what we called her.

Thanks everyone. Some lovely names but nothing stands out as much as Alice and Elliot. Think I will end up sticking with them but there is just a niggle that Alice isn't the one!

I'm not sure if I'm being swayed by Annabelle....

Alison?

Or have you considered reversing the names to Dorothy Alice?

I know three little Alice's

One has 2 sisters Imogen and Eliza.
One has one sister Camilla NN Millie
The other has 2 sisters also, Eleanor and Charlotte. Not sure if that helps at all!
