I would be thinking Fiorentina like the football club.

If Tina is a deal breaker, don't use it. It is not your name and she could choose to be called Tina.
Also reminded of Fiorentina!

I think Florentina is a type of pizza? I would like just Florina better, or Florence?

I would be thinking of the pizza.

Although it's not to my taste once you get past that it's okay. If I had to choose a name to go with the nicknames Flo/Florrie I would probably prefer Florence but on someone else's baby I'd think the name was fine (after initially thinking 'like the pizza?')

I think it would be hard to guarantee she wouldn't end up a Tina though so if you really dislike that nickname I wouldn't use it.

I like Florentina. I didn't think of pizzas! Just looked it up and it's a Spanish saint's name.

Pizza here too.

I taught a Flori once, as an alternative to Flora /Florence.

You mightn't like the nn Tina, but your DD might do, so on that basis. I'd avoid

I think it's beautiful. But you couldn't stop her using the nn Tina if she wanted to.

How about Florinda instead?

Makes me think of those yummy biscuit things covered in chocolate.

Much prefer Florence

I really like Florentina! I think Flo or Florrie were more likely nicknames than Tina.

I thought the Pizza was Fiorentina..? I also love the name Margherita despite that pizza being much more popular. People won't think of the pizza once they meet a little Margherita or Florentina imo.

I didn't think of the pizza or football club, but it does look like the brand name for a kind of juice or something. Don't like it.
