OK, moving on from Dillon....
What are opinions on Elliott. This is my preferred name choice but am concerned it is heavily associated with ET. Also, is it becoming more common as a girls name than a boys now? (Thinking of Scrubs).
As I say, I really like it and don't know any other Elliott's. Thanks

No, it's not becoming more of a girls name... Some people just choose to use it on their girls and I don't think people even really think ET anymore... I love it a lot

I like it, and even if some people do think of the film ET, that isn't negative.

I have an Elliot. 1 t though - I think 2 is similar to a surname. It is always spelt wrong though! (Oh and he was named after ET because that was where we went in our first date)

Gorgeous. It's what I would deem as a good boys name. Oh my god. I really do sound like KH.

I love the name. It was second choice for my DS. Also with only 1 T though.

I like it. It's not over-popular but still a classic name. ET didn't occur to me. It's one of those great names that is cute when they are young and stylish as they get older.

I love it. My oh vetoed it because he found it feminine (i can't see his view at all!). It would be one of my top choices if I could have it.
