does it scream Christmas to you?

sooperdooper Tue 01-Dec-15 23:49:16

Yes smile

Foamshrimp Tue 01-Dec-15 23:50:55

Me too - sorry

Twistedheartache Tue 01-Dec-15 23:51:51

Yes - sorry.
Love Holly, not so keen on Novella, but you Def wouldn't need to be a genius to guess when her birthday was

Twistedheartache Tue 01-Dec-15 23:52:17

*Noelle

GiddyOnZackHunt Tue 01-Dec-15 23:52:58

Yes.

Epilepsyhelp Tue 01-Dec-15 23:55:46

I prefer Holly Noelle, but more subtle.. But yep I think it's maybe a bit too much as a combo!

MrsLeighHalfpenny Tue 01-Dec-15 23:58:24

One or the other. Not both.

DPotter Tue 01-Dec-15 23:59:07

Too much for me as well. Holly is fine for a little girl but I don't think it's a name to grow up to be an adult with. My name is a bit little girl-y and I do think it has effected how people perceive me

Sophronia Wed 02-Dec-15 00:01:53

I like Noelle, but not Holly. Together I think they're too much.

LizKeen Wed 02-Dec-15 00:01:54

I love them both, but not together.

If I had to pick a fav right this second it would be Noelle.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost Wed 02-Dec-15 00:02:02

Yes but what's with that. Provided shes born within the 12 days of Christmas.
However I actually Holly Noelle works better.

manicinsomniac Wed 02-Dec-15 00:02:46

Too much together, yes. Though It's a lovely combo.

I really like Noelle and I've never met one. I think it's very underused and classy

How about Noelle Polly or Noelle Molly?

celtictoast Wed 02-Dec-15 00:02:48

Holly is lovely but I'm not keen on Noelle and think the two together are too much.

50ShadesofNope Wed 02-Dec-15 00:05:46

I agree with the Holly Noelle suggestions. Noelle Holly doesn't quite flow properly and Holly Noelle is a little less Christmassy!

SpellBookandCandle Wed 02-Dec-15 00:09:33

I have a Christmas Day baby, we named her Samantha Noel. Our last name at the time began with O so her initials are S.N.O....which might be a bit much for some but works for us fwink

BikeRunSki Wed 02-Dec-15 00:36:22

I prefer Holly Noel too. Keeping with the theme, Natalie means "born at Christmas".

squoosh Wed 02-Dec-15 12:59:03

All it's missing is another middle name of Slade!

Wishful80smontage Wed 02-Dec-15 13:00:45

Noelle is lovely not overly keen on Holly and don't like them together.

GothJoose Wed 02-Dec-15 15:16:58

Too much! I love Noelle but every December girl is called Holly. It's the most popular girl name for that monthl

LilyKing0909 Wed 02-Dec-15 15:18:00

Not even a December baby tho

lljkk Wed 02-Dec-15 15:23:09

Talia means something about Christmas, doesn't it?

StDogolphin Wed 02-Dec-15 18:57:03

What about Mary or Winter instead?

StDogolphin Wed 02-Dec-15 18:58:16

Josephine is nice!

toffeeboffin Wed 02-Dec-15 18:59:33

Uh, yeah.

Winter is nice, but depends on your surname.
