Hi Libraries, I'm looking for something that is not in the top 20, could be something quite unusual, perhaps nature-y and most probably not Bible-y.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I'm working my way through the list!!

From your girls list you've got my daughter's name and two others that are on my list for the next baby, so it seems like we've got similar taste. On my boys list is

Kai
Logan
Leo
Micah
Quinn (I like it for boys and girls)

Very unusual name: only ever met one and he was lovely, very masculine, intelligent and handsome with a kind heart!

Amyas (pronounced Am-me-ass)

Apparently, it's a French named derived from the Latin 'amatus' which means 'loved'. It has been in use since the 12th century, at least, so it's medieval.
It's strong and attractive, I think and isn't top 100, never mind top 20 smile

I much prefer Quinn for a boy. It sounds masculine and strong, like Finn. Do not find it feminine at all.

Sgoinneal Mon 30-Nov-15 15:17:29

Mostly mentioned before I think but here goes

Rowan
Flynn
Robin
Blair

Silas means 'of the forest'

Glenn
