Help for twin boys

possum18 · 18/11/2015 20:20

Just found out my twins are both boys! Non identical and want them to have their own identities so not keen on similar names like Jeremy and Jeremiah. I really like Noah and Lewis but not together, any suggestions for names that go with either Lewis or Noah? Thank you for any help Smile

Congratulations. (Mum of non ID twin boys here and love it.)

I really like Noah and Lewis together. They are so different.

Lewis and Milo?
Noah and Izak?

Noah and Lewis have started growing on me as a pair in the last 5 minutes again, so indecisive! Thank you!

There were twin boys in SBCU when DS2 was born called Maximus and Samson which I thought was fabulous.

Noah and Seth You know Noah was Seth's dad. Could be a bit weird.

Lightgreen hope they lived up to their names. How cute.

lightgreen fab. I know a little girl called Brianna - Welsh for "strong woman" - for similar reasons. A a little girl called Hope - because that's all her parents could do when she was was born at 26 weeks.

Thank you all for your input, it really is appreciated! Lewis and Noah together are still top contenders - really like Noah and Luke now, and also Lewis and CharlieSmile

I still think Lewis and Noah go brilliantly together.

Noah and Lewis made me think of Jona Lewie, but that may just be the festive version of me talking.

I suppose if you always say it Lewis and Noah it is fine.

I think Noah and Lewis are really lovely.

Luke and Charlie are fine but not nearly as nice.

Oh forgot in my op.. Lewis is my maiden name which is one of my hesitations, I love the idea of using it as we would be using DPs family names as middle names, but when I mentioned it to a friend she said its 'not the done thing' thoughts? Thanks again X

Lewis is my maiden name too [smiles]

I'd have used it as a middle name, had I not had daughters.

Non id twin boy mum here too, congratulations! I love Noah, and agree with you, I'm not convinced they go great together but you could make it work! Esp if you love those names. I really like Noah and Caleb, Noah and Daniel, Noah and Jacob, etc, sticking with biblical names.

Noah and Luke are great, and Lewis and Charlie. Naming two is twice as hard isn't it?! But I'm sure you'll settle on the perfect names.

One third of identical twins have separate placentas (including mine!) so don't assume that they're non identical just based on that!
