Do you say Eve-Lyn or Ever-Lyn.

I've never heard of Ever-Lyn as a pronunciation of Evelyn.
It's either Ev-Lyn or Eve-Lyn. Both are valid. I prefer Eve-Lyn.
Ever-lyn. It was my aunts name and that was how she said it! Originally from Cardiff.

I've heard both around here but the one I actually know is pronounced Ever-Lynn. I'm NW.

I found Eve-linn really weird at first, but okay with it now. My aunt's name is never shortened.
