Only 16 weeks but have no idea for a boy!

Have a ds already and strongly suspect this next one is also a boy. Ds1 is called Edward and we may have to call this one Edward the second as we cannot think of anything we like!

Our (grudging because we have no others) possibilities are:

Thomas
George
Oliver (but very popular, number 1 boys' name so probably ruled out)
Elliot

Our surname begins switch T so not sure about Thomas.

I like - but dh has vetoed:

Wilfred
Gabriel
Elijah
Jude
Nate

Dh likes William which I don't mind but don't like enough to use.

Argh!

I also like Thomas and George. What about Hugh?

I like Arthur and Joseph but dh says no. I also like Christopher with nn Kit but dh says no to that as well!

We liked Henry but ds is very into Horrid Henry and that's put us off as think ds would call his brother Horrid Henry.

What do you call DS1? Edward, Ed, Ted etc?

GnocchiGnocchiWhosThere Fri 21-Aug-15 20:40:36

Call him Scott.

Or Ewan.

Edward or Ted. I usually say Ted and dh says Edward. Ds introduces himself as Ted or Edward depending on what he feels like! He's never Ed though.

Think Thomas T rolls off the tongue better than Elliot T abs the t sounds merge at the end.
