Little sister for Joseph

Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions. I'm due a little girl in December. I would like her middle name to be Ann (after my mum) or possibly a double barrelled first name.
So far I have-
Lucy-Ann
Elsie-Ann
Lilly-Ann

But I don't love any of them.
Any suggestions?

Anne Marie
Joanne

What about Anna. It would be lovely with Joseph

Annalisa is nice. As is Annelisa ("Ann-UH-lisa").

Elizabeth goes with Anne, I think, as does Jemima. Basically a longer trad first name works with Anne as a middle name.

I wouldn't hyphenate, Ann is a good middle name.

I like all your suggestions, especially Lucy. My first thought though was Megan

My great grandmother was Mary-Ann, but Mary and Joseph might lead to a few awkward moments I guess.

I'm not a big fan of double barrelled names in general. What about it you went for something like :
Julianne
Susannah
Joanna
Rosanna
Marianne

Personally I'd go for Anna, but I'm biased Smile , I think it lovely with Joseph (which was always on my boys names list)

Yes, I prefer wigglesrock's suggestion. Marianne is lovely.

Roxanne
Arianne
Alysanne
Suzanne

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I love the name annalise but after teaching a child with that name for 2 years it's slightly put me off.
I think I'd prefer to have two separate names than add Ann e.g. Joanne etc.
I don't want to detract from Ann and its significance.
I love Elizabeth but we already have one in the family, same as sophie.
I quite like verity. I hadn't thought of it.
Keep them coming, thanks everyone x

Now off my list as that is all I will hear. X

Oh it doesn't! Lucian is pronounced Lucy-un. It's different.

I have a Joseph too and if we have a girl her middle name will be Anne after both grannies. Girls' names I like are:

Julia
Eleanor
Sylvia
Lydia
Maria
Catherine
Charlotte
Helena

I realise names ending in 'a' are a bit clunky sounding with middle name Anne, but it doesn't put me off them - we wouldn't use the middle name very much.
