Thanks hilzypop. I know it's tough with criteria - I love lots of flowery names but think they sound a but cheesy with Holly! Same for christmassy!

Like Grace, Neve, and love most of the two syllable ones but don't think they flow well. It's so difficult!

A quick peruse of a list of famous people names Holly has also turned out the middle names Marie, Rachel, Paige and Amelia. Or a popular one seems to be the mother's maiden name as the middle name (a fictional example would be Holly Sampson Jones, or Holly Miller Smith) but that doesn't really fit your criteria.
