I like them all but there do seem to be a lot of Eves/Evas/Evies around. Megan is the prettiest, I think.

I love Eva and Lara, Lara being my favourite. I'm not so keen on Erin or Freya. Megan is nice but I don't like Meg so that would put me off using it.

I like Freya best. Don't like Lara. Others are fine.

I love Freya and Erin.
I would say Eva and variants of Eve are very popular.
Lara is quite pretty but I prefer Clara.
Megan is OK, it feels a bit dated to me and I don't like Meg which I think is fairly inevitable as a nn.

Erin is by far the best. Solid, not frilly and cutsey, but feminine and strong.

Lara and eva are nice
I don't really like any of the others

Lara or Eva.

Erin or Megan both lovely

I don't mind Lark or Freya

Eva is nice but there are ridiculous numbers of baby Ava/Eva/Evie/Eves around at the moment

Lara or Eva, not keen on the others.

They are all lovely OP, though Megan is my favourite, very pretty and timeless.

The Only name I like is Megan. You don't really hear of it much now.

Lara by a mile. Eva is lovely but currently way overused, as is Freya around here, Megan feels terribly dated to me, and, as an Irish person, Erin is a packet soup brand.

Four out of five of those names were on my list too!

Erin was my favourite right from the start, but sadly my husband didn't love it as much as I did. And I've always loved the name Megan although we ruled it out as it begins with the same letter as my son which I didn't want.

We went with Eva in the end as despite it's popularity it was the only name we both agreed on!

Freya was also on my list although I'm not as keen on it now as I was.

Lara is also nice.

Eva is my favourite, although I wouldn't personally use it due to popularity. That might not be an issue for you though.

Lara would be my choice from your list.

I like Eva and Lara best. Eva is supposedly very popular although I've only come across one where I live in London so maybe it depends on where you live. Also it may not bother you that it's popular. My DD has a top 10 name and it doesn't bother me in the slightest that it's popular and in fact we only know one other child with the same name. Lara seems to be used less and is lovely. Not too keen on Freya and it also seems to be popular (I know more of these than Eva's) and I also think it's not as classic as Eva and will date more quickly. Erin - really don't like it. Megan is quite nice.

Like Lara. Dr Zhivago! Maybe official name Larissa, and then shorten to Lara?

Eva - forget this one unless you want her to be one of many.

Freya - don't like at all.

Erin - nice buit very popular at the moment (although not as popular as Eva)

Megan - like

Lara - love

Me and my hubby are both considering the name Eva as it is the only one we both really like. I keep being advised to avoid it like the plague as it is so popular, however I only know one Eva who is about 5 years old and lives in a different county, I don't know anyone else with variations on the name either so I am not really taking any notice to be honest.

Erin and Lara. I know what feels like about 150 baby Eva's!

Lara and Megan are the least over used names - Lara especially Grin

Would you consider Apocalyptica-Mae? So sweetly pretty.

That's got a certain ring, Hully. It would shriek well across a supermarket, too.

'Apocalypta-Mae, get away from those aubergines!'

Thanks for all the replies! Not sure the last suggestion will make it on the list Wink.

We're in the South West and there are a lot of Ava's and Evie's but not heard of any Eva's but I am a bit worried about the rise in popularity.
