Well I have an Isabella Eileen but am aware that Isabella is frowned upon by Mumsnet as being too common

Isabella sounds well with Eileen.
The 'too popular' comments from some make me laugh because alternatives given are usually very trendy, and next big thing names (and soon to be derided), or something ridiculously obscure or wacky spelling.

Constance Eileen came to mind, or Rosemary.
