alyxlndn · 07/06/2015 16:24

Spencer
Aurelia
Philippa (Pippa)
Clementine (Emmy)
Darcy
Nellie

Please pick your two favourite!
Keep in mind she has/will have two brothers called Ezra and Sasha, and the last name starts with an F and is one syllable.

Spencer? Surely that's a surname, which has then sometimes been used as a boys' name? Sorry, but I think it's terrible.
Pippa and Darcy get my vote.

Spencer for a girl? Erk.

Phillippa and Clementine.

Oh, just noticed Emmy and Pippa. In that case, I don't like any of them, sorry!

Aurelia and Darcy. Really do not like any of the others.

I love Spencer for a boy but not a girl.

I prefer Clemency to Clementine, but in accordance with pp, SPENCER??!! Hmm

Clementine is lovely. Aurelia is OK. Don't like the others. With Nellie, you can't help mentally adding 'the elephant' so it could be a bit unfortunate. Why not use Eleanor, or Helen/Helena, (lovely names), and then call her 'Nell' (not Nellie) for short?

Agree that Spencer is awful, especially for a girl. It would be cruel.

I think Aurelia goes best with your boys names.

I love Sasha for a boy, but do think if I met two brothers and a sister called Ezra, Sasha and Spencer I'd be assuming Sasha was the girl in the family which would be potentially upsetting for both of them.

Emmy and Darcy are both nice - think I'd choose Darcy so as not to have two four letter names beginning with E in the family.

Clementine is nice. Aurelia is ok if a bit much iykwim. Don't like the rest at all. Spencer is an awful name for a girl or boy IMO and Nellie sounds very dowdy. Pippa is ok I suppose on reflection but not my taste at all. Darcy is just too try hard and American sounding.

Longer probably sounds nicer with a 1-syllable surname.

I like Pippa and Clementine best

Sorry, I'm not a fan of your name choices. I only like Clementine, but not Emmy.

But she's your baby and it's your style so who cares what a bunch of strangers on the www think!
