Joseph. And as a NN, Joe is better than Oli imo.

I have an Oliver, shortened to Ollie. Know far more Josephs than I do Olivers.

I have a Joseph so I'm biased. Still my very favourite boys name.

DixieNormas Tue 18-Nov-14 18:24:42

My youngest is a Joseph, I know far more Olivers.

mrstowers Tue 18-Nov-14 18:27:37

Joseph. There are far far too many Olivers.

Freshstart2014 Tue 18-Nov-14 19:21:59

I have an Oliver Joseph smile

shggg245 Tue 18-Nov-14 19:25:22

I have a Joseph although everyone calls him Joe. He's the only one in his school and I still really like the name. Good for man and boy and not crazily popular.

Again I'm biased. smile

burgatroyd Tue 18-Nov-14 19:26:09

Joseph. Oliver v popular at mo.

Whenwillwe3meetagain Tue 18-Nov-14 19:31:06

Joe as far too many Oliver's

kalidasa Tue 18-Nov-14 19:31:57

I think Oliver was at the top of the charts last year? We already have a Joseph and will probably use Olivier (i.e. Oliver in French) as a middle name for DS2 (DH is French), but it is not so popular in France. We can't decide about the first name for the new baby though!

thegreylady Tue 18-Nov-14 19:45:53

Joseph definitely though Oliver is lovely it is so overused these days.

Spanielpuppy Tue 18-Nov-14 19:49:20

Definitely Joseph, I'm so fed up of hearing Oliver. Plus Joseph is a much stronger name
