Susannah or Sophia

Just interested in which name people prefer? I think Sophia is more beautiful but the popularity puts me off. On the other hand I am not keen on the nickname Susie - is it inevitable with Susannah? Our surname is very boring, one syllable. I also like Rosanna but DH not so keen. The alternative is Charlotte which is fine but a bit bland in my view. Neither DH nor I love Charlotte but I am worried if its a girl she'll end up being one just because we can't agree on anything else!
