Too floral?
DD likes the name Rose (Rosie) for her baby sister - I quite like it, but worried its too 'floral' and too similar? Opinions please?

I think it is lovely. Prefer Rose to Rosie, and there is also all the Rosamund, Rosalind, Rosanna type names to choose from.
Yes it is very floral but so what? Flowers are beautiful.

I love Rosie! I would definitely use it but it's my sisters name so I can't.

I know a Daisy and a Lily who are sisters so I don't see why not! Rose is a lovely name

Like in keeping up appearances where they are called hyacinth, daisy and rose?

I think they are lovely together. Yes they are floral but I don't think it's weird or "too much".

It made me think of 'Keeping Up Appearances' too. Hyacinth Bucket's sisters are called Daisy, Rose and Violet.
