What middle name would you put between Phoebe and a 1 syllable surname?
Thanks

Buffay?

What about Rose? What letter does the surname begin with?

CaipirinhasAllRound · 25/02/2014 15:38

Begins with M
I'd prefer a longer middle name to be honest, at least 2 syllables

I agree Heir, 3 syllables works really well
It can't be anything ending in a ee sound and I reckon names starting with an E or B are out due to the ending sound of Phoebe

Phoebe is currently on my list and I'm thinking about pairing with Louise (my own middle name) or Joan.

Think Meat is an example surname....

Thanks Manic, nothing grabbing me though. I like the flow of Katherine and Josephine just not the names

no, it's not a typo? None of them are the OP's surname (I assume), they're just random 1 syllable words beginning with M so you can tell the flow of the name.

I like Abigail but DH is not so keen

I have a couple of 2 syllable ones I like, what about Hester or Corinne?

Corinne flows much better than Hester.

On a thread I started, someone suggested Phoebe Iris "shining rainbow" which is lovely. We have a friend with a Phoebe so don't think we can use it, so I bequeath the suggestion to you!
