Out of those choices I would opt for Elijah Jude (I like Eli and unlike Jacob, Reuben and Isaac it fits the biblical trend without being super popular) and Ariana Eve although the pronunciation of Ariana could be an issue.

Elijah and Esther are my favourites from your list. I like Elijah Jude but not keen on any of your other girls names as a MN for Esther. Esther Jane is lovely but then they will share all their initials which may be a problem
