Definitely not Twatt

There are lots of Twatts in Orkney and Shetland.

Speaking of which, I have heard of Orkney being used as a name for a boy. Smaller islands in Orkney that could be used as names include Fara, Sanday (pronounced Sandy), Switha or Swona. A non-Orcadian should be able to pronounce all of those more or less properly. Avoid Orkney names that end in 'say' because some of them would be pronounced 'shay' by the natives.

Our surname is the same as a famous singer called Honor. That rules out Iona!

Do not call your child William. Just back from a middle eastern country and if I hear William Wallace one more time I may fcking explode. My dp is William and a Celtic fan?! Took me 4 years to get him a Celtic mug with William on it. Haha. Balamory?
