Think we have our boy's name sorted (Elliot) but stuck on girls. Would be a sister for Jacob.

Millie - is it ok on it's own or does it need a full name - only longer version I like is Emilia but not sure when would use each so may just be confusing?

Laurel

Erin

Also our surname is Wilson so not sure if the first two have too many 'l's to go well or am I overthinking this?

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I like them all apart from Laurel.

Emilia Wilson nn Millie is lovely. I think Millie is fine on its own, but Emilia is so nice I'd use it!

Erin is also very pretty.

I had a Great Aunty Millie, which was short for Amelia. Her mother (my Great Grandmother) was fabulously named Lavinia Amelia Mapstone.

I like Emilia best of your options. Like it better than just Millie, which is sweet but better as a nn than a full name. Not keen on the others.

Emilia is a very nice name but Emily/Amelia/Amelie/Milly/Millie etc are v common the last few years, so it depends if that bothers you.
My favourite from your list is Erin. Pretty name without being frilly, plus Erin Wilson sounds good, there is no confusing nickname situation, and it's not so unusual people will say eh but there won't be 4 more in her class.
