Hi there,
We can't decide on our baby's name and need to register him this afternoon.
We've narrowed it down to the following:
Lennox Jeremiah
Lennox Brodie
Brodie Alexander
Brodie Theodore

Surname begins with 'L' and ends 'on'.

Any thoughts much appreciated!
Thanks :-)

Wow, I instantly like Brodie Alexander then realised that everyone else did too!! I think you've found your winner!!!

Badgerhoney Tue 02-Apr-13 09:56:48

Thanks everyone, this is a massive help! Just one last thing, do you think the initials B A L are ok? I think it's fine but just checking! I think B A L****on will sound good. :-)

I immediately thought Brodie Alexander too! Sounds lovely.

SweepTheHalls Tue 02-Apr-13 09:52:44

Another for Brodie Alexander.

Thanks weedgiemum, you've restored my faith! My only one tiny concern is that Brodie is getting more popular up here. It still seems to be just out of the top 50 boys names in Scotland so as long as it doesn't climb too much higher it will be ok.

SleepyCatOnTheMat Tue 02-Apr-13 09:40:39

In that case Brodie Alexander, absolutely.

chocoflump Tue 02-Apr-13 09:40:37

Another vote for Brodie Alexander! grin

Badgerhoney Tue 02-Apr-13 09:37:09

Sleepy, yeah, I agonised over the spelling but as we're in Scotland I decided to opt for ie as that's the traditional spelling up here for boys. But think in Ireland and America it tends to be y. :-)

weegiemum Tue 02-Apr-13 09:36:00

Brodie is most definitely a boy spelling in Scotland, I've never heard of a girl with this name.

I love Brodie Alexander. When he's older you could take him to Brodie Castle as the place his name comes from!!

bootsycollins Tue 02-Apr-13 09:32:13

Brodie Alexander smile

SleepyCatOnTheMat Tue 02-Apr-13 09:30:36

I would spell it Brody - this is the more common spelling for boys, Brodie is more common for girls. Very nice name though, and another vote for Alexander as the middle name here.

AmandaPayntedEgg Tue 02-Apr-13 09:29:17

Not keen on Lennox. So I vote Brodie too. Either middle name. They are both nice.

Actually, if it was my baby with those combinations of names, I'd go Theodore Brodie L----on. But I'm guessing that's not helpful grin

Hooleywhipper Tue 02-Apr-13 09:20:51

Brodie Alexander is lovely, I'm adding my vote

NaturalBlondeYeahRight Tue 02-Apr-13 09:15:21

Brodie Alexander for me too. Lennox L#%^on too harsh.
