Yes, what counts as unpopular? I would say anything outside the top 100, and of your list, off the top of my head, Alexander, Edward and Felix are all top 30 and Florence, Matilda and Henry are all top 50 or thereabouts. The rest of your list, whilst they may be popular in Mumsnet circles, are all outside the top one hundred. Of your existing kids names, Felicity is about no. 180 if memory serves me correctly, whilst Benjamin is top 30. (Yes, I'm a baby name geek).

With your existing kids names, I like Edward and Alexander, and Beatrix and Matilda, as I think they offer contrast.

Agree that most of the names in the op are quite 'fashionable' - the most classic timeless, untrendy, names are Felicity and Merryn - love them both!

Margaret is just about five years away from coming back into fashion, so it's hardly something bad that you'd do to a child. I nearly called my daughter Margaret.
