Which is considered the 'traditional' spelling for a boy's first name?

Ignore this, dp just found a thread on here & it seems Finlay is the traditional spelling.

Fionnlagh is the true original spelling. Finlay is the anglicised spelling.

Findlay is from the surname, and Finley is a modern take on Finlay.

I'm also considering Finlay. Findlay is more common spelling in Scotland I believe.
