Rory
Rowan
Laurence (nn Laurie)
Jude

We are really struggling to find a nice boys name we both agree on. Not too common, but not out there either.

I like them all.

Rowan is also used as a girl's name but I don't think it's too girly.

I only like Jude.

I'm not keen in the others but would say that, with the exception of Rory, you seem to have a preference for gender neutral names. On this theme I prefer Alex or Jesse.

Rory and Laurence both good. The other two are girl's names imo.

I have a Laurie so am biased but always get compliments about his name!!

I also like your other choices and had them all on my list for DS too

I like Rory best with Laurence a close second, I think Rowan is more a girl's name, and I'm not keen on Jude.

Don't like Rory personally, but love all of the others. DD1 would have been Laurence and dd2 would have been Rowan if they were boys!

Rory and Rowan are ok; Jude I see more as a girls name; dont like Lawrence.

They're all fine. Rowan is my fave, followed by Laurence (although the latter conjures a hard-to-shake image into my mind of Amy's beau in Little Women). Rory is fab but I think I would expect there to be some kind of Celtic connection. Not quite so keen on Jude. How about Seth?
