Agree with Lawrence, fab name. Also how about; Lysette, Linda, Laura, or if you don't like Lawrence - Lysander.

Allanah (I know it doesn't begin with an L but the sound fits)

Aldrid - same reason as above
Elijah - same reason as above

can't think of any boys names, but like Lawrence and Ludo.

Jude! Both Lucian and Jude were in my shortlist but already have a Tristan, so a went with Jude for DS 2. Lucian and Jude sound great together IMO.

I wanted Lyra for dd2 but dh didnt like it. I also like Lorena, Lucia/Lucella (though they probably wouldnt work with Lucian- but I pronounce them both with a ch not a ss), and Lyris for a girl and Laris, Lorcan, and Lysander for a boy. All of those have been on at least one of my lists for my 3.

....or you go with the other Cramp twin and have Wayne grin

KentuckyFriedChildren Fri 04-Jan-13 22:22:13

amck5700 is that still on tv? That was on when I was in secondary and my neighbours wee girl watched it when I babysat. Dirty Joe grin

amck5700 Fri 04-Jan-13 22:31:55

I have no idea Kentucky - must have been a while ago - my boys are 12 and 11 - they had it on Video a good few years ago (that is video, not DVD grin)

KentuckyFriedChildren Fri 04-Jan-13 22:52:51

My dcs are only 5,4 and 7wks and they have videos too grin much harder to destroy for small hands ime. I remember it from about 12 (?) years ago I think. I doubt its on now then. Kids tv is shockingly bad now I think. Sorry for the hijack OP! smile

amck5700 Fri 04-Jan-13 23:10:43

Boys haven't watched tv for at least 5 years (except the Andrew Marr history of the world programme which we all watched). They only play on computers/computer games and very occasionally watch DVDs . I don't really watch tv either very much so I'm a bit out of touch with what is on now.

KentuckyFriedChildren Fri 04-Jan-13 23:24:12

Funnily enough we dont actually have live tv- only catch up and love film instant so we dont watch kids tv either, mostly films. The only reason I know how shit it is, is from being at mils. She pays for the kids channels for my dcs to watch when they are there. They arent even that bothered confused
